INNER GODDESS RETREAT LIABILITY WAIVER

By registering for the Inner Goddess Retreat with Real Vibes LLC, you confirm that you have read and understood this waiver, and that you voluntarily agree to its terms. You acknowledge that you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and that you sign this waiver voluntarily and without coercion.

1. Assumption of Risk
I, the participant, voluntarily choose to participate in the Inner Goddess Retreat hosted by Real Vibes LLC. I understand that this retreat may include but is not limited to:

Energy healing modalities, including Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and other holistic wellness practices.

Physical activities, including yoga, guided movement, and nature walks.

Emotional and self-reflective work, including personal coaching, journaling exercises, and guided self-inquiry.

I acknowledge that participation in these activities involves inherent physical, mental, and emotional risks, including but not limited to discomfort, emotional release, or unexpected personal insights that may be challenging. I accept full responsibility for my participation and assume all risks, whether known or unknown.

​2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care
I acknowledge that the Inner Goddess Retreat is not a medical, mental health, or psychological treatment program and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. I understand that facilitators do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, medical, or mental health conditions.

I affirm that I am mentally, physically, and emotionally capable of participating in this retreat. If I have any pre-existing medical or psychological conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety, PTSD, pregnancy, or recent surgeries), I accept full responsibility for disclosing this information to the organizers in advance.

​I acknowledge that failure to disclose relevant medical or psychological conditions may result in increased personal risk and that Real Vibes LLC shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from my non-disclosure.

3. Release of Liability & Indemnification
In consideration of my participation in the Inner Goddess Retreat, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Real Vibes LLC, its owners, facilitators (Angela Mayo & Sundri Jones), employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities, including but not limited to those caused by negligence or omission, arising from or related to my participation.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Vibes LLC and its representatives from any claims arising from my own actions, decisions, or non-disclosures, including any incidents related to my health, well-being, or personal property.

4. Insurance & Emergency Care
I understand that Real Vibes LLC is insured under Hands-On Trade Insurance. However, this insurance does not replace personal health or liability coverage. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own health insurance and medical expenses should an injury or health issue arise.

​In the event of an emergency, I give permission for the retreat facilitators to arrange for emergency medical care, including transportation and treatment, at my own expense.

​5. Confidentiality & Personal Responsibility
I understand that this retreat is designed to create a safe and supportive space for all participants. I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal experiences of other attendees and to approach all retreat activities with respect and personal responsibility.

​6. Acknowledgment
By signing the registration form, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and I sign this waiver voluntarily and without coercion.
